I had it ahipped ro Vegas to my uncle and it started using it immediately. He loves it and is n very happy with his Christmas gift.

I wish the frother was a heated one but is a mild setback to warm your milk option before frothing. Still such an amazing upgrade from my keurig.

I just wish that it would steam milk which is what I thought it did prior to my purchase. Being able to go from using coffee grounds to using a K-Cup is super convenient I chose to go with this over a standard Keurig because I wanted the opportunity to make more than just a single cup of coffee

It makes a great cup of coffee and fast we love it. And the price is right. We had ours for a few months now and it works just like when we bought it

I wanted something that would allow me to make a single cup without having to use a K-cup (hate those). This is perfect for me - if someone wants to use k-cup they can or you just use the reusable filter, which is so great. Also really like that I can move the water filter to fill Up at the sink without making any mess at all. The color Stone is chic and would match any kitchen. I haven’t used the frother yet but will try to use soon. Overall I am very thrilled with this purchase and get excited making coffee every morning. Oh, and it comes out hot which is also what I was looking for!
