I love this machine. Best one ive owned. Ive had several brands. Thid one surpasses them.

Overall I belive this is a good coffee maker. I've used both the single serve option and the K-cups with no issue. The only complsint I have is the frother does not heat the milk hot enough for my lattes. It's great if you like cold lattes, but I need to heat my milk up prior to the frother. It is easy to clean, so that is another great thing.

This is a perfect coffe maker for those with limited counter space. Just like all Ninja products it works like a dream and being able to use k cups or grounds is a fantastic option.

Absolutely love the Ninja. I've owned other brands of Kcup machines and this one is by far the best!

This machine is simple to use, intuitive, and takes up less space than many of its competitors. It heats faster than any coffee maker we’ve had before- which is nice when you’re waiting for morning coffee.

This coffee taste noticably different. Very good. I like the storage compartment so you don't lose anything. I love that it shows you how long you have and the little jingle at the end when it's done. Big reservoir and slim profile. 10/10

It's a great coffee maker! It's a model that doesn't take up too much room on your kitchen counter. You can use a Kcup or loose coffee. You can even make foam if you want. It's a great price for a wonderful ptoduct!

Don’t really care for the color but it was in stock and on sale when my Keurig died. I like the is one much better than the Keurig. It brews much faster and there’s no waiting for the boiler to heat up. I also like the adjustable cup shelf. Would definitely recommend Ninja over Keurig.

I love that it's a 2 in 1. I've had a Keruig for the longest but once I found out this coffee maker had a basket. It was my turning point. I love coffee but not everything comes in a K-cup. Plus I think K-cups do have a different taste to regular coffee in a bag.

Easy to use and love the features. Item did malfunction after a few months but Ninja did offer replacement parts and now working as needed again.

Love it! Cimoact and easy yo use. Has everything i need to brew hot otr cold coffee including attached whisk. Also, have the basket to brew ground coffee is super.

It's a perfect housewarming gift or a dorm room addition to the coffee lover in your life. It takes K-cups and ground coffee with a built-in frothing arm. The iced option is my favorite because you can easily take ANY K-cup or ground coffee into a perfect iced coffee. Just be careful to keep the moving parts clean. And mind the magnet in the basket parts. Ours dropped out after a few months of use but we found it, thankfully.

Great coffee maker but you need to know a few things to not have problems. First when you put the pod in the holder use the palm of your hand to press down until you puncture the bottom of the pod. Second close the lid SLOWLY to puncture the top of the pod. If you don’t do those two things at some point the top paper on the pod will get torn and you will have one Big MESS. If you do the above you will be very happy with this machine as I am.

So easy to use. We use this product daily.. everyone can enjoy it for the many different features it offers. Great buy.
