Didn't last but a year. The water flow started to overload the pods inside causing them to explode and get grains all over the place. The frother on the side I thought I would use more but it really kinda sucked so I had to buy another one.

This coffee maker is excellent. My mother loves its versatility in brewing both hot and cold coffee, and finds the integrated storage compartment convenient.

You aren't limited to brewing to a 6-inch or shorter mug as with other makers. The brewing cycle is very quick and the water container is easily refilled

So far, so good. I caught this one on sale and purchased it to replace a Keurig that had failed. So far so good, in general coffee flavor is equal to or better than K-Supreme Plus from Keurig. Only downside is the loud high pitched beep that it tosses out there when it starts and finishes making coffee. My dogs are not real happy with that little feature and I have no idea what purpose it serves. As far as I can tell, that beep can not be turned off without taking the machine apart.

Our coffee intake has increased dramatically lol. Great product stop thinking about it and just buy it.

Love it a lot. Both ground coffee and pods come out of a great taste. It's easy to use and doesn't need much place in the kitchen

Great device. Easy to use and the grounds filter is easy to use as well. We switched from a Keurig and haven’t looked back. It seems to make a better brew than our old machine used to. I would easily recommend this to anyone.

I purchased this item several months ago. The only complaint I have is related to brewing the coffee grounds I bought at the store. It takes a little longer to brew than if I would use a K-Cup.

This coffee maker is axing! Absolutely the best one we have ever owned. It has been a lifesaver for my wife and I now that we have a newborn baby. Super quick and easy coffee! Not sure if we got it on sale or not but it’s worth full price regardless.

It's really easy to clean. We are really impressed with the options for brewing. The only thing is maybe a more powerful frother.

I absolutely love this machine! It’s versatile and goes from either pods or ground coffee or tea. It has an over ice option that was amazing! Ninja out does all other machines as usual.

For many years, I have owned several different Keurig coffee makers, but none of them have been as versatile as my Ninja Single-Serve coffee maker. My coffee is more flavorful, and cleanup is easy. The only difficulty I have now is deciding how I want my coffee brewed. Plain, specialty or iced, it has been always good tasting cups of coffee.

I am replacing my old Ninja dual brew because the motor was wearing out. This one is smaller, but almost the same water res. amount. I like the interchangeable basket/pod set up better than the old one. It's much simpler. The -1 star is because you need to use a coarse ground coffee in the permanent filter or it will leave a good amount of sludge in your cup. Other than that: coffee brews super hot. The "rich" function actually works (the old one never did).

To go easy coffee setup and works best for making simple and complicated coffees.

I have had it for approximately 6 months and it has worked great. I have used it both with pods and grounds. Works great both ways. I prefer the grounds as you can control the strength and I believe better flavor plus it’s much cheaper. It has the built in frothier which I’m told many of the younger people love. Bought this one for my granddaughter because of the frothing and can also make ice coffee.

There are 2 issues that have occured within the month that I've used this coffee maker. First, exploding pods and secondly, the lid latch gets stuck and can't close the lid. I am trying various pods to find a brand that works with the machine. I'm sure that there is one. The second issue with the lid is something that I will be calling Support for. This has happened twice now . The first time it "thawed" itself. The second time (today) I have so far been unable to release the latch and close the lid. I will be calling Support tomorrow as I am unable to get through today.
