    Love the concept of single cup that provides the option to use ground coffee, without separately purchasing a filter, than pods. However, I’ve had this coffee maker for few months now and although it brews a good tasting cup of coffee, a lot of water sits in the filter that I never get a full cup. It also continues to drip for several minutes after the beep signaling brew is complete

    I would like to know more about how to use the frother: do you put milk in a separate glass and then add to the coffee cup? How do you clean the frother - I can't detach it.

    We could not get the high-altitude calibration to work and returned the unit.

    Received this product and after only 16 days, the main pod holder failed and would not allow the machine to make coffee. The BB warranty is only 15 days! So called Ninja customer service. They agreed to replace it, I sent the broken unit to them. After 4 calls from me and very high frustration with Ninja customer service, I will get my new unit after 1 month of no coffee. I paid more because I wanted a good quality coffee maker. This brand/model is not it.

    This is a pretty decent coffee maker it has lots of nice features however it is not as easy to clean. But overall it gets the job done!

    I love this coffeemaker except that i can no longer use the pod function. Ive cleaned snd descaled and still woll not work. Anoyher thing is the coffee isnt hot enough somi stuck in microwave for 30 seconds
