    The unit works flawlessly with K cups, but the loose coffee unit makes a complete mess when you clean it out. Coffee grounds go everywhere and it's very difficult to clean due to it's size. You should not choose this item unless you only use K cups. Even then you'd be better off with a Kerig.

    First one stop working after only 3 months and this 2nd one constantly say I need to add water but tank is full.

    Horrible product…horrible company policy.

    Bought it in October, dead in January. Called Ninja for warranty service. They said they’re shipping a replacement part, but since I live in Hawaii, they’ll have to charge me $104.00 for international surcharge. International? Hawaii is a US state! No more ninja products for me.

    I had an issue with the coffee maker. I contacted ninja, followed their procedures and they told me I would receive a replacement in about 5 days. I drink coffee everyday so I went to dunkin for my coffee. I called ninja after 5 days. They showed my case and told me they would let me know the status within 24/48 hours. I called again after 2 days. Ninja said I would receive the replacement in about 5 days. They wouldn't tell me what happened to my original replacement. I asked to have the replacement expedited but the supervisor refused. I had to wait another 5 days. Ninja doesn't care. The new ninja products are poor quality. I'm having problems with the replacement now. It isn't worth the aggravation calling ninja customer service again. Instead of spending another $40 at dunkin, I'll go buy a Cuisinart.

    Exactly 1 year & 1 week after I purchased it stopped working. It made a loud noise when we tried to make coffee like it couldn't get water through the reservoir. The coffee was also NEVER hot enough. After brewing we always had to warm our coffee in the microwave for 30 secs & thats just to get to normal coffee temperature. We tried using grounds but the coffee never seemed to taste right so we stuck to only pods. I suggest buying the warranty if you decide to purchase because it'll definitely stop working.

    Failed & replaced. Replacement failed the same way

    First one failed within about a week. Exchanged for another new unit and it failed the exact same way within about a week. Switched to another brand and have had no problems. If I could find any reason to rate this higher, I would - it has decent features for the price. But two identical failures in roughly the same time period for each unit is an immediate disqualifier for me. If you end up buying one of these, I truly hope you have better luck than I did.

    This machine stinks unless you enjoy coffee grounds in every cup of coffee you make. I've tried cleaning, different brands and even putting a paper filter over the mug. It's junk. DO NOT BUY THIS

    28 days stopped working- Best Buy only exchange 14

    Stop brewing the kpods on day 28. Took it back to Best Buy where we got it with the receipt. Best Buy DOES NOT exchange after 14 days !!! Unless you buy their yearly membership that will exchange for $60.00 . Called Ninja they are shipping the part to fix . Will see if that solves the problem. 28 days it works - Best Buy does take back is what really upset me . Will not buy nothing else from them if that only amount of time they give consumers!

    The coffee was not hot enough when brewed and the frother is manual, does not work well and again no Heat. I have purchased other Ninjas in the past and loved them. Unfortunately, I was.not happy with this product.

    Unlike my keurigs This thing is so deep my coffee cup cant fit under it on the counter & the cord is so short you cant plug it in,ive had huge machines that arent as deep they might of been 5x’s as wide but at least your cup woukdnt fall & the water jug is so weak and doesnt lock in place safely,it moves around when low,& while i was looking forward to trying it out ,the fact it has so many issues i cant passed im returning it ..
