Having used this item for over a month, I feel comfortable sharing my opinion. This single cup brewer does exactly what the description says. It comes as advertised. My wife is first in the morning and as a tea drinker she uses it to dispense hot water in her cup with a tea bag. Simple. I’m the ground coffee guy so the insert for that is already in place. The unit also features a K cup insert if you prefer…it’s nice to have two options. If I could change anything with this machine it would be a shorter dispense time. It takes a good 5 minutes for a cup. But then again maybe the brew time is what makes the coffee so good. I will not hesitate to recommend this unit.

Our last ninja coffee maker lasted about a decade, far longer than I would have expected. This replacement is quite nice and has a very small footprint. It makes great lattes.

This product fulfil all the needs either be the coffee making or Tea. Product design is very thoughtful size is compact also looks good on counter top.

Works good, takes a little while to finish brewing but the frother is wonderful and the options for how the coffee is made are awesome!

Love it, you can use coffee basket or a K-cup, also makes terrific iced coffee and the frother is a bonus. This compact machine does it all!
