    Overall I belive this is a good coffee maker. I've used both the single serve option and the K-cups with no issue. The only complsint I have is the frother does not heat the milk hot enough for my lattes. It's great if you like cold lattes, but I need to heat my milk up prior to the frother. It is easy to clean, so that is another great thing.

    I love this coffee maker. It was so easy to use very simple operation. I bought two (2) of this coffeemaker and I always recommend it to my clients to buy at Best Buy. I am using this great coffeemaker in our coffee room for my clients. Cant find this in other stores.

    Though I haven't used every feature yet, I'm impressed and happy with this coffee machine. I wish the spout stuck out just a little farther to get to the center of the cup. The adjustable height of the holder makes it work good despite the fact. Nice to have the onboard storage so as to not lose those in a kitchen drawer.

    Absolutely amazing coffee maker! I love it!! Prior to this, I owned a Keurig K-cup machine for about 6 years. I actually like my new Ninja coffee maker even more! I love all of the extra features the Ninja one comes with at a MUCH better price point than the Keurig brand. Definitely recommend this one!

    This maybe the Best Machine i have Bought in a while! I use to used that other Brand Loved it but just doesn't do it no more. Taste, speed and Looks! Very Important.     Works great. Use to make coffee and hot chocolate. It whips milk nicely. Also use to make flavored ice coffees. Then bought one for my son . He enjoys fresh coffee everyday. But I used pods. I recommend this coffee maker. Purchased on sale at Best Buy very reasonably priced.
