Works great. Use to make coffee and hot chocolate. It whips milk nicely. Also use to make flavored ice coffees. Then bought one for my son . He enjoys fresh coffee everyday. But I used pods. I recommend this coffee maker. Purchased on sale at Best Buy very reasonably priced.

Very fast and easy to clean up coffee taste great.

Overall I belive this is a good coffee maker. I've used both the single serve option and the K-cups with no issue. The only complsint I have is the frother does not heat the milk hot enough for my lattes. It's great if you like cold lattes, but I need to heat my milk up prior to the frother. It is easy to clean, so that is another great thing.

Great coffee maker, small, can fit in small places, make coffee to perfection either hot or cold

Great coffee maker but you need to know a few things to not have problems. First when you put the pod in the holder use the palm of your hand to press down until you puncture the bottom of the pod. Second close the lid SLOWLY to puncture the top of the pod. If you don’t do those two things at some point the top paper on the pod will get torn and you will have one Big MESS. If you do the above you will be very happy with this machine as I am.

This maybe the Best Machine i have Bought in a while! I use to used that other Brand Loved it but just doesn't do it no more. Taste, speed and Looks! Very Important. This one is a breath of fresh air! Looks are just Gorgeous. Machine is Pods and Ground! Boths Worlds of Coffee. Get o. In a Color. Looks better in house. Wife loves it. I love this coffee maker. I like using coffee from a specific local store, so I use coffee grounds. My wife prefers to use pods. Not only is this a great compromise machine for us, but it works great, is easy to.clean, and takes up a very small amount of countertop space.

Love it! Cimoact and easy yo use. Has everything i need to brew hot otr cold coffee including attached whisk. Also, have the basket to brew ground coffee is super.

After reading lots of poor reviews of this brand’s main k-cup competitor, I hadn’t really been interested in using anything but my trusty old coffee pot maker. But based on my neighbor’s glowing review of his Ninja k-cup maker, I decided to give this model a shot when it came up on sale. Holy moly — I love it! I’ve been missing out on a consistent and quickly made cup of coffee for years. I’ve had it a month and hope it lasts for years. I like that it has a grounds coffee compartment option, but haven’t tried it out yet. My partner prefers her handheld frother to the one on this machine because this one doesn’t spin as fast, but whatever, that is SO not a deal breaker for us.

Ive always stuck with the keurig brand coffee makers but they dont seem to last long. The versatility of this one is the best. Being able to switch from pods to grounds is great
