Awesome coffee machine and easy to use. I would recommend this to everyone who needs an easy coffee machine. The coffee remains tasteful even after putting it in ice.

Great coffee market. Simple to setup and use. The coffee maker has a slim profile that fits well on small countertops, and the accessories can be stored inside the machine for a neat look.

Love it! Cimoact and easy yo use. Has everything i need to brew hot otr cold coffee including attached whisk. Also, have the basket to brew ground coffee is super.

Item meets my expectation sooo far! Hope it will last long... Love that its 2 in 1 for coffee pods and ground coffee.. east to use and it has comes with frother which i loved more.. worth a try!!

Ive always stuck with the keurig brand coffee makers but they dont seem to last long. The versatility of this one is the best. Being able to switch from pods to grounds is great

I was a dedicated Nespresso user, but grew weary of their finicky machines and missing out on coffee outside of their brand. While I’ll probably never use the pod side of this maker, I love the size customizability and the attached frother. I was a little suspicious of the reusable filter, but it’s a much less messy feature than I thought!

Though I haven't used every feature yet, I'm impressed and happy with this coffee machine. I wish the spout stuck out just a little farther to get to the center of the cup. The adjustable height of the holder makes it work good despite the fact. Nice to have the onboard storage so as to not lose those in a kitchen drawer.

This coffee taste noticably different. Very good. I like the storage compartment so you don't lose anything. I love that it shows you how long you have and the little jingle at the end when it's done. Big reservoir and slim profile. 10/10

Great coffee maker but you need to know a few things to not have problems. First when you put the pod in the holder use the palm of your hand to press down until you puncture the bottom of the pod. Second close the lid SLOWLY to puncture the top of the pod. If you don’t do those two things at some point the top paper on the pod will get torn and you will have one Big MESS. If you do the above you will be very happy with this machine as I am.

Don’t really care for the color but it was in stock and on sale when my Keurig died. I like the is one much better than the Keurig. It brews much faster and there’s no waiting for the boiler to heat up. I also like the adjustable cup shelf. Would definitely recommend Ninja over Keurig.

I love that it's a 2 in 1. I've had a Keruig for the longest but once I found out this coffee maker had a basket. It was my turning point. I love coffee but not everything comes in a K-cup. Plus I think K-cups do have a different taste to regular coffee in a bag.

One of the best things I ever purchased. Very satisfied and works very great after one year of use. With capsules and with grounded coffee.

It's a great coffee maker! It's a model that doesn't take up too much room on your kitchen counter. You can use a Kcup or loose coffee. You can even make foam if you want. It's a great price for a wonderful ptoduct!

Resisted buying a kcup maker up until now. I love all the features on this model, very easy to use and clean. I love the milk frother, I only wish it warmed the milk as well.
