So far I've had no problems. I love all the different features in the one machine.

This one I have not used yet because it is for my camper but the other one for my home I have had several problems with it getting coffee grounds all in the pod area and in my coffee. Just trying to take precautions when closing the lid to make sure pod is sitting straight in the top since it doesn’t fit all the way down. I hope it doesn’t keep giving me problems because I do like the machine with the frothier.

Unfortunately, I have not been successful making a good cup of coffee. I use the measuring spoon and following the proper amounts and it tastes scorched and bitter like the water temp is too high. When I use less grounds it’s watery with no flavor. I have used two different coffee grounds with no luck. Not a fan.
