I purchased this to replace a smaller one and am so happy I did - it has a 72 oz blender jar with pour spout and measurements on both sides - it has six blades spaced evenly inside the blender jar so it will work on small and large amounts depending on your needs - its 1000 watt power is more than enough - the smaller one I replaced was good at 700 but this will blend or chop anything we put in it - I juice alot due to illness and this is the perfect compliment to my masticating juicer when I add nut butters - avocados - ice - whatever to it - it does its job quickly and almost noiselessly - couldn't ask for a better blender!

Gift for my daughter, they've been using it a lot and very happy with it. They make smoothies and sauces, not sure what else but she raves about it. I may buy one for myself too.

This blender by far exceeded my expectations of what a blender can do. We make alot of smoothies.It blends frozen fruit no problem! Very easy to clean.

Better than what I expected, so easy and it even gives you a book on drinks to make! Only downfall is that it's loud when crushing ice, but other than that it's amazing!

I had an older blender from college that was super annoying when trying to make smoothies (lots of stops to stir and shift the food around to reach the blade). I purchased this blender on sale and it works great. I can put all of my frozen/unfrozen foods in close and let it run without having to stop and stir. It has multiple blades (bottom, mid, top), whereas many blenders just have the blades at the bottom. My smoothies come out nicely blended like the ones you can purchase from a smoothie shop. No complaints. This does the trick without having to spend a lot of money on the higher priced versions with accessories.

This is a great blender. It chops and blends the fruits and vegetables easily. Easy to wash. Very handy but sturdy when your using it. This it the best for me.

Not a 5 because it seems inconsistent blending in stickier substances. Good power and makes great smoothies.

I bought this to use at home and it is great. Never had one like this. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I was looking for something similar to my BlendTec but for less price and this is actually BETTER. Does a great job of crushing ice and frozen fruit.

I previously owned a ninja blender when I was experimenting with making gourmet foods and it was the best blender I have ever owned. I use it now to make my daughters smoothies and my wife her protein shakes and frozen coffee drinks. It blends perfectly and smoothly every time. We haven't had any issues with it and i don't foresee is replacing it anytime soon. The only reason we had to get another ninja blender was because we moved to California from Florida with very limited space and left it behind.

The Ninja Professional 1000 is a great affordable blender that can handle your everyday needs. Don't compare to a Vitamix or any other expensive blender. This will not match up the same but it is a great inexpensive option that does a great job.

I had used a Ninja at a friend's house and really liked the power of the machine. I was able to get this on sale, and I consider it money well-spent. It made fast work of blender brownies and ground up almonds into a fairly fine meal. It's not horrendously loud for all the power.

This is a professional type blender. Pretty ease to use. 3 different speeds so you could make different kind of shakes or smoothes. Great quality too.

Great product! My son uses it for milkshakes and I use it for smoothies! We both love it. It does the job and wasn't that expensive. Very happy with my purchase!

I use this thing for EVERYTHING! Milkshakes, salsa, chopper....YOU NAME IT! Haven't come across a job it wouldn't complete.

love this blender power the only con is that the blender cup is plastic and i personally prefer glass.
