Great product. Terrible service. Team members don't help each other and all have different stories. Manager in the phone area was dismissive and rude. He could not answer questions and walked around with paperwork pretending to help a customer when I was the only one at the desk. After spending over $700, trying to get the advertised pricing and giftcard was a major ordeal. Noone seemed to know what the store policy was and everyone had a different story. Had to make three trips to the store to resolve an issue. WHAT A TOTAL DISASTER!!!! Currently, I want to say good-bye to Best Buy!!!!

You can mix anything in this blender, light weight and the perfect item I needed in my kitchen.

This is the best blender that I have ever owned ! The 3 tier blades are unstoppable.

I have a Vitamix but don't want to take it with me when I visit my son for an extended time so I thought I would buy this and leave it at his place. For the price I thought it would be a good deal after hearing on TV all the great things it's supposed to do... boy, did I make a mistake. The machine is NOISY and it takes a lot longer to blend the smoothies. I would have returned it to the store but I had already disposed of the packaging before I used it... which I don't usually do..... so I didn't feel it was fair. Guess I will just have to treat my son to a Vitamix. He's worth it!
