Great for smoothies, and broth based soups

I get awful indigestion from the alfredo sauce recipe, I'm only 32!

Not worth it

Far too loud, difficult to use and difficult to clean. I returned it and got the nutri bullet instead. So much happier with that!

Needed a blender
