This blender really does make good pina coladas and margaritas! Makes the best frozen drinks!

I really don't like my smoothies anymore, this blende does not crush ice and fruit well. So disappointed. Shark Ninja Customer service very bad, don't resolve my problem. I put on the storage, and buy a new Cuisinart.

Broken twice in 6 months and customer service wanted to charge me for replacement parts! I never write reviews but I want to warn all future consumers of the extremely poor quality/durability of this pitcher. Picture cracks after a couple months of use. Customer service is also not helpful and you will spend an hour on the phone if you attempt to contact them. I was told by the Ninja rep (John ID#20080) the warranty does not cover the pitcher. In other words, the main part of a blender where the blending actually happens is not covered by their warranty. Clearly an outstourced staff that does not care about the company brand. Lost a customer for life :(

I had purchased my Ninja Professional 1000 (BL610) a year and half ago. On April 10, 2016, I decided to order replacement parts for the model due to wear and tear; particularly the blade and lid(rubber seal melts and leaks). Here were today(July 25, 2016) the replacement parts were never shipped because they have been on "BACKORDER" with a shipping date "TBD". This is truly unacceptable if you invest in product and CANNOT get replacement parts in a timely fashion says volumes about a CHINA made product. Spoke w/ Nina and she happily cancelled my order without inquiring as to why I wanted to cancel: Order #M7814643-00 Just wanted to write a review of my experience with NINJA within the last year and half. Buyers beware!

Had this for about a 2 years before it broke, Ninja refused to fix it and refused to sell me just the part i needed, they only send out new machines if yours breaks. So I bought a $30 blender that works a lot like the vitamix, cept its $700 cheaper, anyways i would stay away from ninja from now on.

95% of our usage is for ice-based smoothies. For the first month, this blender worked well. However, it did not hold up to daily use. Since the first month, this blender either leaves big chunks of ice or whips them to a frothy drink. It's very difficult to get a milkshake texture. The blender is very inconsistent. Will not buy another one. Regret buying this one.
