It work fine into one of the locking tabs broke. Only use it a couple of times

I got this for my wife for Christmas. She's really happy with it! Blades are super sharp and destroy everything that gets in their way! Not as loud as I expected it to be either. In fact, I think it's the quietest blender I've ever been around!

So I must preface by stating I've only ever owned bottom-of-the-pitcher-bladed blenders before, so this thing doesn't compare the same way, because it completely blows the performance of those out of the water, or at least mine. First off, the blades on this thing are actual blades. They are sharp, and if you are not careful, you can nick yourself or cut yourself on them, so be careful when cleaning it! But because of that, I get the most consistent processing of anything I've put in, ever. Instantly can make a milkshake or smoothie, tomato soup becomes delightfully smooth from the cooked mass of tomatoes, and it's great for pureeing a cup or two of some other stew to thicken up the base. I've been extremely happy with this so far, and really appreciate the safety features that have gone into it as well.

Was debating on which blender to purchase, because I only was going to use it for mainly smoothies, however this is the best purchase I made in a long time. It make smoothies in less than a minute, fruits can be frozen and still come out smooth. You will love this blender.

So far really love this blender. No complaints. I love how well it blends everything.

we just got this a couple of days ago....my wife was really excited to finally get a good blender....so far, we've tried some smoothies and have been pleasantly surprised at how well it blends and how good the smoothies taste [that's important to me] i would definitely recommend this since it offers several nice features, i.e., the lid locks closed, it has an easy pour spout from the blender, the capacity is great and even with the 3-levels of blades, it is still relatively quiet overall, great blender, on sale at a good price

I wanted a glass pitcher - but this one is BPA-free and easy to clean. The smoothie isn't staying in there long any way. The blade unit is awesome as it extends to the top AND it comes out for cleaning. This means you can thoroughly clean the pitcher without the blade getting in the way. The lid locks into place for safe operation and does not leak. It is a bit noisy, but wrapping a doubled towel around it helped a lot. I am very happy I chose this blender! And the 72 oz. pitcher is big enough for the whole family to enjoy smoothies in one go.

Went in to the store to get a blender and walked out with a Ninja. Could be happier. This is now my favorite machine in the kitchen. Its Fabulous! Love it. Would buy it again.

I bought two of this blender one for my wife and other for my sister, the sound of the blender is low compared with others blenders, and the blend is excellent!

This has been the best investment I have made this year! This blender does a great job of chopping and blending everything. I am on a diet that requires many smoothies and this machine does the job!

I got this blender as a gift and thus far have been very happy with it. I mostly make protein shakes in the morning but the speed and consistency are really good. I love this Ninja blender.

I was undecided between this and the Nutri Bullet until I did some research. I found many, many reviews including you tube videos that said that the Nutri Bullet leaks from the gasket area. I did not find any that said that about the Ninja. Having already had a regular blender that leaked a little, I did not want that to happen again, especially not at that price range. When I went to look in the store at the two products, I was shocked at how little the other blender's "pitcher" is and how little it would hold. I like to use 2 cups of spinach plus many other ingredients to make breakfast smoothies and the other brand would not even hold just the spinach from the way it looked. So, I bought the ninja. I am glad that I did. Now I can see why it doesn't leak- because the bottom of the pitcher does not come apart. It's all one piece for the entire pitcher which is nice because it will never leak. It also makes it very easy to clean because the food doesn't have anywhere to get stuck. Very powerful blender that works very well!

Had for about a year. I haven't made anything but smoothies but it has done a good job so far. I've frozen fresh fruit, including bananas and had no issues with chunkiness.

This blender has done exactly what we needed it for. It works great for making protein shakes out of vegetables and fruit with ice. We use the high setting and we have not had any issues so far. Would definitely recommend it.

Great Product. We found that this Blender is industrial strength and can handle almost anything put in it. Tony Soprano would love to have one of these!

Does everything very well at a fraction of the big names.

This blender is super powerful, I use it often to make fraps and it works beautifully, it is also really easy to clean, as the blades remove easily.
