I am very satisfied with this purchase. I used it to make smoothie. It's easy to use and it's powerful. Great product.

Crushes ice fast & without jamming up in the pitcher. Great for mixing drinks & foods.

The pitcher doesn't blend very well - I often find chunks even after blending for several minutes and mixing it up. It definitely cannot handle leafy greens (i.e. kale). The single serve blends much better but after a few months the blade stops working and it is not covered under warranty. I'd rather spend my money on a higher quality blender so I'm completely satisfied, not partially satisfied for a few months. Also, Ninja customer service reps are rude and do not like to offer alternatives to customers (their go to is 'You can buy a replacement part here").

I'm happily satisfied with my purchase. I have been using it for a couple of months and the ninja has performed better than anticipated. I had read some reviews, and though most were favorable, there were a couple that raised concerns for me. I decided to take a chance and purchased it. I get that it's made of plastic, but it's a quality product. And I have not experienced any problems making smoothies, or juicing. I even make my own protein shake version that could almost pass as ice cream. I make shaved ice treats which help deal with the summer heatwave. All in all I think I got a great deal.

I think the key to a blender is the middle ground between Vitamix reliability/price/ability and something sold at Walmart for $10. Though this blender swings in the Vitamix direction for some of those points, it keeps itself cheap enough that I don't have to blend daily to enjoy having it on my counter!

I'm trying to get back into shape and decided to give this a try to make juices and shakes. I had a nutribullet but that did not last long, hopefully this will last better. I did read the reviews before purchasing and I feel like I made the right choice ! Great for making a healthy breakfast or in between meal snacks/shakes.

Unfortunately, after just over two years of moderate use, the blender began struggling with basic tasks like blending frozen fruits. The motor emitted a burning smell, indicating a serious malfunction. Seeking assistance, I reached out to Ninja's customer service via email, detailing my concerns and requesting support. Regrettably, I received no response, leaving me without guidance or a solution. Given the blender's premature failure and the lack of customer support, I am thoroughly disappointed with this product and the company's service. I cannot recommend the Ninja Professional Blender Model BL660C to potential buyers. For those considering this blender, be aware of potential performance issues and the possibility of unresponsive customer service.

Found a good sale recently on product. Purchased as a gift and was advised they really like it and have used a couple of times already.

I love my new blender and the box it came in is great to. the blender does just what it says it can do. This model comes with TWO (2) single serve cups with lids. i was expecting one.

The Ninja BL660 has 1100 watts of crushing power. My old blender used to struggle with making smoothies even on its "high power" setting, whereas this ninja shreds through frozen fruit like nobody's business. It works effectively for making items that don't need high-speed crushing power as well, and is possible to easily do so without accidentally turning your salsa into soup. The price tag is a bit high, but well worth it, especially for the added on-the-go cups.

I bought this blender 2 years ago. I would give it a 5 stars when I first bought it. I did mostly smoothies. Didn't really use it that much during the winter. Now it's can't do anything. It's a paperweight! The motor where it turns. It's metal with rubber over it. That fell apart and won't turn anymore. For spending this kind of money on a blender should last for a long time! Will never buy a ninja again. Most of all their motor parts are plastic or rubber over metal. Over a period of time it will break.

Had this product for 3 months and the lid already broke. The lid is required to be operational in order for the blender to turn on. When I called Ninja they offered to sell me a new blender at a lower cost even though I have a warranty.. In the end I could buy a Vitamix if I am going to need to replace it ever 3 months.
