The name says it all and for the cost, this is the way to go. It has all I need and nothing more. I like the smaller ones for shakes but I wouldn't use it cause it's just to small for what I would do with it. I would just use it because I would think I should to get use out of it. I make large shakes with protein and volume that don't keep for long so splitting it up in 2 containers doesn't make sense for me.
