The appliance part of the machine is great, but the plastic pitcher cracked. Needs to be glass.

Great blender. Good price. A bit confusing to put the lid on. You can’t put it on if the blender cup is on the base. And to put the blender cup on the base, you have to have the handle facing towards you on the front center of the base and then turn it clockwise.

I bought this unit with the two 2 go cups when I saw it on sale. I had not used it and then saw a similar Ninja system with the addition of the food processor for the same money, so I returned this unit unused. The new one works fine as I'm sure this one would have.

This is by far the best blender I've ever owned!!!

I have not tried this model yet but have another ninja blender that has worked wonderfully for several years now.

Good blender, the large pitcher cannot quite create creamy smoothies. The personal size blenders do well though.

For the first time I am buying a ninja blender looks outside is fine performance convenience price a little bit steep but worth it

Like the title says, I use it for smoothies. It does the job. It's made with a lot of plastic, but seems well built. Time will tell if it holds up. I actually had it sitting in the box until about two months ago when we finally started using it. I got it as a deal of the day.

A bit loud but does it’s job efficiently. I use it to blend my veggies and it blends them very good.

Bought this on Black Friday sale. Love it! It has suction cups on the bottom to keep it from twisting like my old Oster used to do. Has blades all the way up, a locking lid and love the travel cups. I also love that you can only blend up like a cup verses making a whole blender full.

Worked great for making drinks and build pretty solid. The only only issue I've had is if you try to blend very light items such as green leafy vegetables, it doesn't push them down to blend them so I'd have to stop it and push them down by hand.

This blender is very handy, love the locking system on the container that allows it to not move. Love the accessories that come with it too. The two little cups for juicing is great!!! The one negative thing is the the main blades are difficult to clean unless you have a dishwasher.

I've had this blender for a few months and it is still working like new. It has been used daily for smoothies and shakes. It is stable. The lid has a fantastic locking mechanism. The single serving smoothie cup attachment works great.

Good product but noisy. Was expecting low noise from Ninja brand rather the noise compares to Oster mixers.

I got the ninja blender as a house warming gift for my grandson's girlfriend mom they were so happy with the gift .I will send everyone of my friends and family to best buy to purchase there big or small appliances. Thanks again ....mrs cruz

My old ninja broke. We were happy with it so decided to get another. We are pleased with its performance.
