    The little cups are actually great, but the large blender leaves gritty tiny chunks no matter how long I blend on high. In order to turn this thing on ... the pitcher has to be put on the blender at one exact right spot and then twisted to lock it, and the lid has to be put on facing left so the arrows match up and then you pull the handle down to lock that in place. I have not had any other blenders require specific positioning of the lid and base every time you use it. That gets annnoying.
