    Great for ice drinks or smoothies but the blades are not good at blending/mixing. Be super careful washing the blades.

    We got to use this blender quite awhile before the damage occurred. So at least we got "our monies worth". But it's unfortunate that a simple little cracked tab on the bottom of the main blender container caused the entire system no to sit in place. Therefore, made it inoperable, so luckily with Geek Squad protection we got a different Ninja blender with glass instead of plastic.

    The larger pitcher and blending blade are useless. Blending for several minutes with large chunks of ice left if my drink. It is very loud to be doing such little work. I replaced a 7 year old ninja blender that I loved. The quality has gone down significantly. I do not recommend this device.
