    Works great. Came damaged from online order. Brought to local store. No waiting in line. Customer service rep was on his A team mode. In and out in 5 minutes. New one came in on Christmas Eve at local branch ahead of scheduled day which was to be the day after Christmas. Pick up went quick and smooth.

    Got this to replace a different brand blender that died on me in under a year . Had been great for smoothie making and the ice crushing power is amazing , my old blender struggled to crush even a small amount of ice . The included smoothie blending cups / lids were a huge plus for on the go .
