No waiting in line. Customer service rep was on his A team mode. In and out in 5 minutes. New one came in on Christmas Eve at local branch ahead of scheduled day which was to be the day after Christmas. Pick up went quick and smooth.

Great performance

He’s big into making protein smoothies after his work outs, says they are perfectly blended! He’s favorite part about it is the individual blender cups. We’re also big into making pina coldas when we have friends over, and those also come out so tasty!

Great but smoothie cup lids need work

The smoothie cups however have pencil thin threads for the cap, and food gets trapped in there and it's very difficult to clean if you get anything like peanut butter or almond butter in between the threads. If they changed the design of this, I would give it 5 stars.

Great little upgrade

Had been great for smoothie making and the ice crushing power is amazing , my old blender struggled to crush even a small amount of ice . The included smoothie blending cups / lids were a huge plus for on the go .
