I got tired of burning up cheaper ($50-$70) blenders and seen this on sale so I bought to try and couldn't be happier with it. This blender has plenty of power for crushing ice, making a smoothie or shake. It's definitely not the quietest blender but it does the job well.

Item is easy to use and works great. It's not super loud like some blenders can be. It can create just about any consistency that you might be looking for. I like the 2 extra cups it comes with, makes mixing those protein shakes so much easier.

This blender rocks! Works wonderfully to make smoothies with a button specifically for that. Love that it comes with two portable containers with lids. Easy to use, easy to clean.

huge improvement over earlier 1 blade models. Powers thru every smoothie ingredient I throw in... apples, frozen fruit, veggies.... results are smoother, than previously. I feel it's also quieter, but make no mistakes, all these machines are loud. this unit is also easier to clean. All containers are plastic, making them strong but light. At this price, it's a no brainer, I use it daily.

I had an older version of this that wore out and I purchased this updated model. I like that it has fewer options as silly as that sounds because I just wanna make smoothies milkshakes and nothing super complicated. It also doesn’t have the annoying selection cups that the previous model had.

I like how thoroughly it blends things. I cook with dry chili a lot and some blenders don't pulverize those small, dry chili poeces so well but this one blends everything so finely into a complete paste or slurry. Things that I want a little chunkier, I just blend for a short amount of time and I get the consostency I want. Ta da!

Love this blender. I've been through too many and finally found one that works even with frozen fruits and ice. This is great for adding fruits and vegetables to my toddler's meal plan. If I can't get him to eat well, making a fruit/vegetable smoothie helps balance his nutrition. The single cups are perfect. Fast bending, easy cleanup.

We've only just begun to use our new blender, but wow, what a beast! We made a dish with dried peppers and it ground that up, no problem. The blade comes up the shaft unlike the blenders of old, so you get a much more thorough blending, with less scraping the sides like older machines. Looking forward to smoothies, which should be no problem.

I love this blender, it is so easy to use. We like to make a lot of smoothies and with two glasses it is easier to make different ones. All except for your base can so in the dishwasher which is a big plus for me. One has to take caution with the two blades that come with this blender because they are very sharp. I always put them in the back of the dishwasher's top rack. We are very happy with the tall blade because it can cut almost all the way to the top. Another good thing is the way to lid locks in place. The bottom line is this blender is fantastic, I can't say enough about it. We are Ninja fans.

I love it! I had the nutribullet for years, I was on my 2nd one, they just don’t last long. This is way better! My smoothies are smoother, I have different speeds, unlike the nutribullet and I don’t have to worry about liquid getting into the part of the machine that you press down to make the blades turn on the nutribullet, that kept happening. It’s also more powerful.

The Ninja blender is an excellent choice due to its power, ease of use, and versatility. It crushes ice and prepares shakes, sauces, and smoothies quickly and evenly. Furthermore, its blades are highly efficient, and its containers are typically durable and easy to clean. It is highly recommended for anyone seeking quality and strong performance in the kitchen.

This is my second Ninja. There really isn't any substitute for this blade when making peanut butter or blending things down to a liquid. I didn't buy one with all of the attachments this time because I never used them. They changed the design and the old attachments don't work with it anyway but I expected that since my old one was pretty old. I've never liked that finding replacement parts is pretty tough for these but, as it turned out, I never needed any. With this one, I purchased the insurance, just in case something does happen and I need a part. These seem to be reasonably priced now, so I'm not too concerned. When I purchased my first one, they were definitely a luxury item. I do have a regular blender too but I always turn to the Ninja...it's just a heavy duty powerhouse blender and, even if it takes a little time, it gets the job done without the lumps that my regular blender floats forever. I do have to work some things down with this one too. It isn't effortless but I get better results and rarely end up with hidden lumps. Sometimes, I just turn it on and work on something else and it works out most of its problems on its own. This model has automatic pause durations in the preprogrammed blender settings, something that my old one didn't have. It allows everything to settle between blends so you don't have a choice of over blending or having to push things down every few seconds. It definitely helps with some things but some things, you just have to manually push them down. Cleanup on this blender is about the same as any blender. You do want to get under the blade to get it cleaned out good, so a little soapy water blended in it does most of your work but the blade just sits in it and you have to pull the blade out and actually rinse out the indent. The lid has lots of little crevices too. But I rinse mine as soon as I pour out the contents and haven't ever had any trouble cleaning it. My old blender looked brand new when I tossed it out. It cleans up well and doesn't discolor even though its all plastic.
