Burned out motor

And then I purchased another ninja blender just a year ago and it’s the motorhead burnt out. The quality is not the same as the older model.

Damaged from the first use

I lost my money n the blender. How can I manage to repare it!!! I was told that there’s a piece that prevents electricity from damaging the motor but it’s not available so is there any possibility that I can buy and ship to Egypt and I will pay for that? Which website sells Ninja spare parts? Plz advise!

Decent blender for the price
