Great product overall. The top seems to be the first part of the blender that goes out. I've had to replace it with one I got off Amazon. So, it would be a good idea to get Geek Squad protection when buying. I think it would probably have saved me from having to get a replacement item needed to make the blender a good buy. The top has to be fully closed to work, and I've held it down while the blender is on to keep it operational until the replacement part arrived.

Great price and YES; It really chops and blends ice to make great smoothies!! Also used it to make a lot of hummus and had no issue; easy cleanup and was easy enough to get out of blender. Came out super smooth!

This blender is worth it. I have smoothies in less than a minute, and I can do much more with it. I even made batches of waffles. Super easy to clean. Juuust be careful when pouring- you don’t want to pour if the blade is in unless you use the pour spout. The blades aren’t locked in.

Very nice design, super easy to store. Blades are very sharp, need to be handled with care while cleaning and storing. Love the control buttons options; easy to operate. The lid system is ideal! no chance for a spill!

I’m so happy I chose this model over the more expensive ones I researched about. Great value for the price. Does everything I need it for. Didn’t realize how much of a difference it is from just a regular standard blender. So far I have used it for my smoothies and protein drinks. I love it! Drinks always come out tasting amazing. The Auto-iQ is a major plus and the color of the unit matches perfectly in my modern kitchen:).

The blender works great. My wife can make amazing margaritas and pina coladas. The motor can crush any ice and doesnt seize up or over heat. If i could make on suggestion it would be for a full picther you have to use more then 3 shots of liqour.
