    shipping package came a little beat up but that’s of course on UPS. Blender itself came intact and functioning.

    Glass cracked and leaked within months. Shark/Ninja support was unhelpful and only offered a slight discount on a new one, which also cracked soon. A waste of $125 in total. Do not recommend.

    We purchased this item in June of 2021 it lasted til the warranty expired (by one month) the bottom bearing is done leaking grease into our smoothies……just purchased the Oster Blender & it comes with a 3 year warranty and made in AMERICA …….:-) Buyer Beware
