    It shreds really well. Used it for several blocks of cheese. Haven’t tried making dough with it yet which is next project. But so far very happy with what we needed it for. It also looks very good with our other kitchen stainless steel appliances

    Well I had been wanting a larger food processor, so purchaged it as a gift to myself to help with Thanksgiving preparation. Unboxed it and promptly sliced my finger. After a lengthy trip to the ER for stiches, got home and fired this baby up. It was great, powerful and large enought to commodate all my recipes. And I got out of dishwashing on Thanksgiving due to stitches.

    I've only gotten to use it a couple of times. It shredded my potatoes very easily. I need to look through all my stuff again but I would like to to have a larger size for shredding items! I want to work it more to see what else it can do. I'm really happy with what I have done with it so far.
