    Love this appliance. A bit tedious to clean and dry, but not a problem. For the much lower price, it still compares to the best Cuisinearts.

    Eh, I guess it processes stuff but after having used a vitamix, can’t say I’m impressed by the low quality parts. It’s still decent for what it does but it definitely feels like it’ll die out in a year or two of reasonable use.

    Broke in less than a year. We bought it in June of 2024 and it just stopped working in March 2025. We didn’t use it that often. Though it was great while it worked.

    I wanted to love this machine, but when I went to wash it in preparation for first use, I noticed major cosmetic damage. There were gigantic scratches and deep gashes in the plastic container. There was also a large chunk of rubber missing from the rubber gasket that locks the lid in place. I returned it to the store and went with another brand. That's unacceptable.
