The blender is great but the food processor is a joke. The blender works for smoothies and sauces and does an amazing job. I highly recommend the blender. The food processor, however, is absolute garbage. You have to have it at least 3/4 full for it to do anything beyond spraying all the contents against the wall where they are never again touched by the blade. Even when full it has to be fairly liquid in order to make it work - so you have to add water to things that you don't want to add water to - like curry pastes, nuts, salsa, etc or it won't work. The food processor is also lacking a shoot and only has this itty bitty pencil-sized hole through which it's impossible to pour anything. If you want to make pesto and pour the oil in as the machine is going you have to be SUPER careful or it will pool up on top of the itty bitty hole and then spill all over it. You also cannot add anything solid to the machine when it's going, so if you are trying to see if you need to add more nuts or cheese or whatever, you have to completely remove the top to add a bit more, reattach the top and turn it on, if you still need more you have to keep repeating this process. If you want a great blender, maybe buy the Ninja blender on its own, the food processor just takes up space on your counter and is useless. I got this to replace my Cuisinart I got in 2006 but I dug the food processor out of the goodwill bin so that I use that. I should also mention that the blender is plastic and not glass - so it's worth being aware of the temperature constraints. Ninja clearly can't make a functional food processor.

This Blender is the BOMB DIGGITY! It will blend citrus (cut in 4ths with ease. It makes Perfect smoothies, easy to clean and has just the right accessories. Love that it has 2 blender bottles! It is a little noisy but certainly does the job!

Was scared at first but Love device works amazing, very user friendly!

Bought this for my daughter and she loves that it has more power and she it is multi-functional. She is also able to use her cups from her original Ninja which was a plus. She says the IQ feature is great as it detects a jam and will pulse until it gets it blended. She walks away and comes back and her smoothies are ready.

I haven't use all the pieces yet. Hopefully when I start using it more it works great. I updated from my old blender which worker great. Ninja has great appliances. The crock pot is wonderful.

This blender is excellent! It blends ice, smoothies, soups, salad dressings, etc. very well. The food processor is a great addition. The dough blade that is provided works well. It mixes the dough well. I do recommend this product. The blender I do wish was a bit quieter.

Love my Ninja with each use that supports fine outcomes with each blen selection.

Purchased the item on sale. The only negative aspect so far is the noise.

This is by far one of the best purchases we have made for our kitchen. Yes it is a little noisy but it still does the job its suppose to do plus more. You really have to be creative with the unit, just don't look at the booklet and say this is all it can do. This is our go to for food prep.

I love it. I make coke icees with it and it crushes the ice perfectly. It has a lot of power it never bogs down no matter what I throw at it. I'm impressed and extremely happy with it. I recommend the Ninja professional plus kitchen system to anyone and everyone it's worth every penny spent.

I must say these are some of the best blenders on the market very good quality easy to use and when making dinner they really come in handy!

So far so good. Blends and chops great. I typically make biscuits using a pastry cutter. It takes awhile but this little gadget is making my life easier. It makes dough quickly. I need to try yeast dough to see if that works just as well. I typically don’t have good results when making bread.

This blender came with a food processor, and two smoothie containers. The blades for both blender and processor work very well. It's a little too loud to the ear, but I guess it comes with the power it delivers.v

We were able to gain some counter space with our new machine and it works great.

Excellent product, you can use this for personal use as well professional use. The only thing that we've used this for is for blending but are looking forward to using more functions around the holidays when we are able to use more of the features.

Researched many blenders to replaced my old one. Found the ninja blender and we love it. It’s fast , quite and really blends the items well. Strongly recommend this blender

Girlfriend loved this blender! It did way more than what she was even wanting and all in one machine. We don't have the biggest kitchen so it definitely helps to save space when possible
