This thing is awesome and their customer service is even better. I make lots of different things, including nut butters and tons of smoothies, hummus, etc. consumer reports rated it just as good as the Vitamix for a lot less expensive.

We purchased this blender and it is a great blender! We have used it every night since it was purchased to enjoy a healthy smoothie several hours after dinner. Its a work horse and it very capable of blending any ingredients. Easy and simple to use!

I was looking to get one unit to replace the 3 I had - a NutriBullet Personal Blender, a full-size Black & Decker Blender and a Cuisinart Food Processor. This Ninja system did just that and performs incredibly well! I love the smart IQ system, it just knows whether I inserted the personal, full-size or food processing attachment and only gives the options to blend according to what's attached. Very happy I went with this model, does everything I need it to do and more.

Love it the whole set. It makes it so easy to make smoothes and chop onions peppers just about anything. Especially love the ninja cups. Used to make too much and have a blender in the fridge. This is extremely easy to use makes a perfect cup full. No waste. Love love the whole set! My regular blender did fine but this is so easy to use and more convenient wash a cup instead of whole blender. Takes minutes to make perfect smoothie and put away.

My wife thought she was getting the old model and I surprised her with this Ninja new model that just came out. Now she surprising me every morning when she makes her smoothie with this loud machine. LOUD

I bought this once more because I accidentally got the bottom piece completely submerged in water (long story). It was my fault, but buying it again was no question for me; awesome product, works well and its a great price.

This blender system is fantastic. It has made making my smoothies a ton easier. The top does have a slight issue where the handle won't fully stay down, but besides that, it is great all around. Easy to clean, easy to use.

Has been such a great easy to use product. I am able to do my smoothies daily.

Strong motor. I like the quick settings buttons, one press and it does it all. We have made smoothies everyday super quick and easy. Easy to rinse off directly after use. Blade is super sharp.

This thing is a beast! I’ve used it to chop onions (no more crying), carrots, and cabbage. Hubby uses it for his protein shakes.
