I would like it very much it is very nice it had to include mixer , blender and smoothies

I’m really using my food processor and it’s amazing.

Love my ninja blenders this is my second one in 10 years. Through canning season i used the chopper to make pesto, salsa, and other yumminess!

The release button on the primary blender jar popped off after only a few times of using the appliance. The blender works beautifully, however I’m unable to use the primary blender jar and have not been able to reach anyone via phone nor I have received an answer via email from the ninja manufacturer to obtain assistance.

I was shopping around for the Ninja blender but I also found the best price with a little extra at Best Buy. I’m ecstatic because I have what I want plus extras like the cup blenders with to go lids.

Love the compact design. Much more quiet than my last mode. Lots of accessories and versatility.

It was by far one of best grinding product I have used in long time.

My family absolutely loves it! Had to replace our nutribullet because it just burned out after 3-4 uses per week for 5 months so here we are with our Ninja and honestly no complaints just family fun and delicious treats (smoothies &shakes) for my wife, my little ones and me

I purchased a mixer set and, unfortunately, the smallest chopping bowl fell and broke, which I considered my own fault. I decided to order a replacement directly from the brand’s website. However, not long after, the medium-sized chopping bowl stopped working during normal use. When I opened it up, I discovered that several parts inside were broken, and the plastic gear teeth had melted. I’ve only been using this product for one year, and I’m very disappointed with the quality. For a product from a reputable brand, I expected much better durability. Probably they will not accept exchange the parts,, I don’t know how to solve that problem

The blender attachment and the smoothie cups work great. The bowl for the food processor is warped, and the lid will not fit back on once removed. I asked if I could get a replacement directly from Ninja, and they said I needed to purchase one because they are not covered under warranty. I did, and the new bowl was also warped. I haven't been able to use the food processor since I bought it.

I like the smaller 2 smoothie (single serve) cups. The blender pitcher and food processor is cheap plastic. Easily breaks. I wish I would have looked into kitchenaid blenders before I bought this one. Smoothies not as smooth as I expected. Its all right. Too expensive for not being able to blend hot foods or liquids.

Pretty good blender and does the job well. Might not last long.

Beautiful design, excellent functionality, but this blender is built with terrible materials. The blender jar has cracked at the base, even the handle is cracked too. The plastic that connects to the base of the blender to turn the blade has a hole on it. The image that Best Buy has created with the purchase of this blender is truly disastrous. Best Buy shouldn't sell such a poor quality item. I do not recommend even to buy this blender. I was so happy because I gave one to a friend and his wife on the day of their marriage. Today they must be saying my name in a not so good way. :'(
