Terrible blender. I purchased this item on 5/19/2. Although the blender is rarely used because there is an older blender, on 12/3/21 the blender stopped working. I called BestBuy on 12/5/21 and they said the return period is 30 days.

Completely stopped working after about 8 months of use- the screen just flashes no matter what troubleshooting I go through, with every attachment.

The box came in damage, the mixer once we took it out of the box was dirty. I will have to review other on line stores , very dissapointed in best buy. Just being honest. Cant even tell you if it works or not havent set it up yet. So i cant rate the product.

I feel that this is either poor packaging poor handing and no guarantee if the item was dropped and may affect performance . Actually afraid to use . What do I do ? Thank you .

Great. Until the pitcher starts to leak from somewhere. And the new pitcher is nearly as much as the whole set.

Made margaritas tonight. Crushed the ice perfectly. Felt like I had gone to a bar of course the person assisting made it an amazing experience. The right amount of tequila, sour mix, salt on the rim. The machine is amazing. It set itself for 1 minute to crush the ice and stir the mix. We poured the margaritas into the glasses and it felt like I was at a top bar in town. The perfect consistency and the flavors intertwined. We have made these in a low end blender in the past and it doesn't compare. The machine did all the work. We turned it on hit the button and viola the best margaritas I have ever had and I have had some amazing margaritas in my life. Used the smoothie earlier in a nice size plastic smoothie size container and it once again did not let me down. A perfect smoothie blended nicely and evenly. This thing is the perfect kitchen system. Comes with a food processor which dices onions quickly and consistently. Not mushy, added the onions to my chili with diced chiles from the processor and made a great pot of chili. This is truly a one of a kind machine that is so versatile with the blender pitcher, food processor (really large but convenient not too tall) both fits under the cabinet and a smoothie with blade container and extra mug/container/glass to boot. The Ninja is an amazing machine. Highly recommend this product. Very astonishing to say the least and super easy to clean. NO big mess, just wash with soap and rinse and dry, quick and easy.

Stopped working after 6 months. Minimum use. Very very disappointed

When I bought this item after 03 weeks the food processor broken on the bottom..

This is an absolutely fantastic blender. I owned a previous model similar to this one for several years, which I was very satisfied with as well. Ninja has not let me down with this new model. It is more powerful and the individual cups are actually slightly bigger than my previous ones, which I like. With the smaller cups, I always felt like my smoothies we just a little bit too small. WIth these new cups, they are the perfect size. I like the automatic smoothie button. As long as you have the right ratio of liquid, it works like a charm. The first few times I tried it, I didn’t have enough liquid and the blade just spun, but once I got the liquid amount figured out, it made the perfect smoothie which just the push of a single button. My one small complaint is that the main blender container is still plastic. Having owned the previous model, I know for a fact that this plastic scratches, and will lose it’s beautiful clarity that it currently has. It was a trip to see my old one standing next to the shiny new one. I can’t believe my old one ever looked like that, but I’m afraid the plastic will scratch just the same as my old one did. I would have preferred a glass container. But it’s just a minor gripe, not enough to even impact the overall score. In conclusion, this is just a great blender that is powerful, easy to use, and very versatile. Must-have for any kitchen.

Doesn’t do what it should do. It can’t even blend or mix my milkshake

My first thought when I saw this product was that it was just another blender. What surprised me was its versatility. The Ninja Professional Plus Kitchen System is the perfect name for this device. It's much more than a blender, and a real asset to my kitchen. My kitchen space comes at a premium. In order for me to invest in a device it has to be functional, and versatile. I have already used this to make smoothies, margaritas, salsa, cookie dough (yes it works well for this), and chopped plenty of vegetables. On top of all of this versatility the machine is also POWERFUL. Quality, and build materials are top notch. I have really become fond of Ninja products over the last couple of years, and this one lives up to my previous experiences with the brand. It is also a really complete package. It has a pouring pitcher, and a food processor. The two to-go cups are great and big at 24oz. Blend up a smoothie right in the cup, and take it with you when you head out the door. The convenience of this is what has kept me using it. This is a top quality product that has the versatility, and ease of use that has earned it a space in my kitchen. Don't just get a blender. Get a Ninja - Professional Plus Kitchen System!

Didn’t even last 3 months and the shake blade broke

Never used the product, the wife said that she did not want this but instead I ordered a vitamix machine instead.

This thing is pure awesome!!!! It is huge to start with, a solid base that just feels like a quality professional style blender/processor. The 72 oz. pitches adds endless possibilities that we have only begin to scratch at. Our first use was to make all natural smoothies..... OMG! The blades are ridiculously sharp, or just designed perfectly. They did not only crush the ice, it totally made the softest perfect textured snow ice for the smoothie or even a snow cone. I've never had a blender that did this great a job at home. The fruits were pureed perfectly and there was no thinking or guessing how long to blend, chop, crush. This thing does all the thinking for you. It has an automatic timer that pulsates, spins, blend or whatever is needed for the selection on the base. The possibilities are endless for food processing and we are excited to have such a great product to put in work and make delicious dishes and drinks. Worth every penny.....

Works great! Super powerful and easy to clean. I love the mini smoothie cups so I don't have to clean the huge blender everytime.
