    I used this product for 6 months, the motor stopped working properly, and it broke one of my attachments. Customer service confirmed the product was defective but charged me $50 for shipping and replacement of the part that their defective motor caused. Consumers should stay away.

    Lids on the cups won't fasten so they are unusable. I plan on returning the item.

    The motor on this model is powerful. Chops up everything. My old blender, I had to stop and readjust the food or drink. Not with this one!
