We did a ton of research before buying the blender. It was going to be the Ninja or Vitamix. i was hesitant with all the plastic parts on the Ninja. We are so happy so far with this machine. The blender is great! Super powerful and makes the best smoothies!!

Haven't explored every aspect of the product. I used it for 3 to 4 days in a row for about 20 minutes each time. I use it mainly for making vegetable and fruit based smoothies. Has a powerful motor and does its job with plenty of options for different kinds of food items. Need to be very careful while handling the blade attachments. For smoothies, if you expect perfect smoothness with not even tiniest bits, then this is not for u, probably get the Vitamax.

I thought the price for everything included was a steal and I am very happy with my investment. My dad uses it every day for his morning shakes and my mom uses it every day when prepping for a meal. There are so many uses and everything works great.

This Ninja replaced an older one. We have used the large container and the cup blenders. They work great. I also like that you can push a button and walk away. The presets work great. We are looking forward to using the food processor soon.
