Only lasted about one year
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This one lasted about a year. When I purchased it I couldn’t even buy a GSP probably because Bestbuy has had so many return exchanges on these because they feel so often. I would not recommend this product they don’t last. We use it maybe 4-5 time per week.

Poorly made
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.3 weeks in and single serve blender is leaking. I had to remove excess plastic from the food processor blade myself right from the box. My third ninja and worse so far. No more ninjas for me.

Sent me an open box item!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I Was so excited to get home and open my delivered package. Even though it took 2 days more than they said when I ordered it. I was extremely disappointed when I opened the box and all the pieces are thrown in a box. I paid full price And I got an open box USED item. I will be returning this tomorrow and will NEVER buy as much as a floppy disk from Best Buy again. Appliance purchase was a nightmare also. I’m done.

Easy to use, and very versatile
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Crush ice, make smoothies and by the way, it can do that stuff automagically! This thing is easy to clean and maintain, and I would imagine that most people have the one solitary complaint we do. It's freaking noisy! Sure it sounds like you're cutting a stout log in half with a rusty chainsaw, but you in fact are making a great smoothie or shake. The cups that come with it are perfect, well, almost perfect. It's a little different cleaning the cups, but you'll get used to it. The food processor works great and efficiently as well. I have yet to meet a Ninja product I don't love.

Great tool to add to my kitchen arsenal!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Currently, I’ve been using a Blendtec Classic 575 to make my smoothies. That stops today. This Ninja Kitchen System is awesome. More on that in a second. So, I unboxed this thing. It is very well packed and comes with several different tools. It includes the base motor, a 64oz processing bowl w/ both a chopping and dough mixing blade. Also, a 72oz. pitcher with a double-stacked blade, a quick start booklet, the manual, a short recipe section, and (2) 24oz. cups with (2) spout lids and (1) mixing blade attachment for the cups. As I stated, the recipe guide is just about 10-12 recipes and I didn’t see one I wanted to try. So, I went to the Ninja recipe site and although they currently have zero recipes for this model, there are a ton of recipes for other Ninja blenders, ovens, mixers, etc. I found two that I wanted to try. One was Pico De Gallo and the other was and Island Avocado smoothie. I was able to use the processing bowl for the Pico and one of the mixing cups for the smoothie. First up was the Pico. I added the ingredients after thoroughly washing them. Everything was easy, except for the cilantro. Removing the stems took some time. The processing bowl made quick work of it. I should have stopped pulsing it around 12 times as the recipe stated. I went a few more and it made it a bit loose, but it still tasted great. For my first try at making Pico De Gallo, I’m happy with the results. Cleaning during prep made it easy to switch to the mixing cups. I didn’t have any expectations for the smoothie. I’m not a huge fan of Avocados, but I know they are a good source of fat and help fill you up so you can lose weight. I guess adding the mint leaves, banana, frozen pineapple and coconut water (1% sugar listed) helped make it pretty sweet. I downed the drink in about 5 swigs. To blend the smoothie, I did use the Auto IQ smoothie button and it did a great job. At first, I thought it wasn’t working. I pressed the button and it ran for a second, then stopped. So, I pressed it again and it did the same thing. I realized that it was the program when I hit it a third time. It ran, stopped again and I waited. Then it started up and ran. It had some stop/starts in the Auto IQ and by the time it finished (50seconds I believe) my smoothie was perfectly blended and ready for consumption. I didn’t try the ice crushing, but I imagine it’s just as great at doing the job that these two attachments did. Lastly, cleaning the parts is easy. Just be careful of the sharp blades and use hot water to rinse all the parts before any food dries. I let them drip dry before locking down the lids or locking them down on the base. And when I say lock down the lids, I mean it literally. The processing bowl and pitcher have a lockdown handle and release button to place and remove the lids. The single-use cups have the typical screw-on blade base and spout lids. The base is laid out well, with easy to read timer, action choices (smoothie, ice crush, extract, chop, and dough. Then you have speed control (low, medium, high, and pulse. All the attachments lock easily to the base by setting them on it at a 45 degree and twisting clockwise to lock. I also like the suction base cups on the bottom of the base. At first, they seemed a nuisance, but once you start using the system, it’s nice to have it not move around without some effort by the user. Lifting up on one corner seems to release the base easier than lifting it straight up. Well, that’s it for me. To sum it up, the two recipes I tried worked great. I’m going to try the dough blade next…well if I can find what I need at the store with what’s currently going on. If you do a lot of blending, mixing, making smoothies, and/or trying to eat less processed foods, I’d highly recommend looking at the Ninja Kitchen System.

Worst Blender I purchased.
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible blender. I purchased this item on 5/19/2. Although the blender is rarely used because there is an older blender, on 12/3/21 the blender stopped working. I called BestBuy on 12/5/21 and they said the return period is 30 days.

A noticeable improvement from the original Ninja k
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Ninja - Professional Plus Kitchen System with Auto-iQ - Black/Stainless Steel is a great improvement on the original Ninja system. The smoothness and quietness is amazing. All of the power within the motor is barely noticeable. The Ninja - Professional Plus Kitchen System with Auto-iQ is a powerful food processing machine. The Ninja - Professional Plus Kitchen System with Auto-iQ minced my ginger root extremely fast, in a matter of seconds. I also used the chop feature to prep my bell peppers, celery and onions. All produce was chopped into a uniform mixture that allowed even and thorough cooking. Every juicer that I used in the past has always had two depositories. My old juicers have one container for the actual juice to drink and the other container for the pulp that was to be discarded during cleanup. Within The Ninja - Professional Plus Kitchen System with Auto-iQ everything is liquidized to the consistency of your choice. You get the benefits of the whole fruit or vegetable that you wish to drink. There is no leftover pulp to be discarded. It allows you to make juice, smoothies, and frozen drinks, extract, puree and crush ice. And with the IQ feature, preprogramming controls the thinness or thickness of my drink. I can even use the pulse button manually to determine the desired consistency. The Ninja - Professional Plus Kitchen System with Auto-iQ - Black/Stainless Steel does everything a complete food processing system should do to prepare a wide variety of meals.

Ninja - Professional Plus Kitchen System
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Made margaritas tonight. Crushed the ice perfectly. Felt like I had gone to a bar of course the person assisting made it an amazing experience. The right amount of tequila, sour mix, salt on the rim. The machine is amazing. It set itself for 1 minute to crush the ice and stir the mix. We poured the margaritas into the glasses and it felt like I was at a top bar in town. The perfect consistency and the flavors intertwined. We have made these in a low end blender in the past and it doesn't compare. The machine did all the work. We turned it on hit the button and viola the best margaritas I have ever had and I have had some amazing margaritas in my life. Used the smoothie earlier in a nice size plastic smoothie size container and it once again did not let me down. A perfect smoothie blended nicely and evenly. This thing is the perfect kitchen system. Comes with a food processor which dices onions quickly and consistently. Not mushy, added the onions to my chili with diced chiles from the processor and made a great pot of chili. This is truly a one of a kind machine that is so versatile with the blender pitcher, food processor (really large but convenient not too tall) both fits under the cabinet and a smoothie with blade container and extra mug/container/glass to boot. The Ninja is an amazing machine. Highly recommend this product. Very astonishing to say the least and super easy to clean. NO big mess, just wash with soap and rinse and dry, quick and easy.
