This is essentially Ninja’s new model of their previous Mega Kitchen System with 5 preset Auto-iQ programs added. The large capacity and multiple blade systems do a pretty good job of blending and breaking things up. However, I found the 24-ounce single-serve cups with pro extractor blades did a lot better in making smoothies. The 72 oz cup left some larger ice chunks even after a couple runs of the smoothie Auto-iQ option. I found running the Auto-iQ option at least twice on most options seemed to provide more consistent results. The chopping bowl has been nice for chopping vegetables and I was surprised at the speed of the dough blade. I used to think of dough as something that you typically slowly mix, but I made the lemon bar recipe from the manual and it was more like a pie crust, but was smooth and consistent after three auto runs. I found it kind of strange, but I guess safe at the same time, that you can’t do anything with the blender till the pitcher is locked in and the lid is locked closed as well. However, with the complexity of the lids and the two pitchers they had water trapped in areas when washed. I’ve been hand washing, but I would assume it may leave residue in a dishwasher it only slowly drains from a small hole. Overall, if you need a food processor style blender, like making smoothies or mixing anything in fairly large quantities, then this package hits the mark.

This Ninja blender+ is larger than I needed, with more features, but it has proved to be a wise purchase. I haven't used it that many times, but it has worked better than my previous blender, quicker and more powerful, and hopefully will last longer than it too.

Love my Ninja processing system. This makes half a dozen Ninja appliances in my kitchen, and every one has been top quality, long lasting, easy to use and clean. Ninja just doesn't go wrong. Favorite things to make in my blender are ice cream shakes, smoothies, and cocktails. I've used the batter blender multiple times for breads and cakes. Really glad I grabbed this set when I had the chance.

I’ve been so happy with this purchase. We’ve had it for a bit and It does everything we need it to with no issues and no sign of any strain from the motor. The preset settings are awesome (and yes it is optional) and make the easy process even easier.

The kitchen system (aka blender) is terrific. We love the versatility of the blender options, picked up a few more single-serve blender cups. We've only used the food processor one of two times. We use this every single day. And it is perfect, two years on. The one negative, predictable as it may be, is that it's really loud. But it's a blender!

I’m really enjoying my product. I had the same one (older model) that lasted me well over 1 years. I use it daily for protein shakes. It crushes the ice finely & grinds the spinach & kale extremely well (no strings or bits) I also love baking & the processor works extremely well too. Chops up those vegetables into tiny bits for my parakeet too.!

I like the two blending cups. Making sure I have one always available when kids take one. The cookie dough mixer is perfect for me, when done dishwasher safe. Shopping blades really sharp, be careful, but make making sofrito a breeze. Make sure to get the protection plan for the mixing cup mixer sometimes wears out.

Great performance with easy handling. No issue so far in last 3 months… Area of improvement could be further reducing noise level which would be bonus point.

So far so good. I love this product. It does everything I would hope it would do. I’ve now become addicted to smoothies.Chops frozen bananas, and ice cubes with no problem, very powerful. Yes it is a little loud on high, but that doesn’t bother me. Pretty good quality so far the individual cups do not leak. I’m glad I bought this all in one unit.

We have had it for a few weeks now and it's perfect for our use. We generally make morning smoothies. We had a ninja prior to this as well. The old smoothie cups fit this model. Also, the food chopper is excellent. We've used it for pico de gallo. It is loud though.
