Skeptical initially, pleasantly surprised upon unpacking. Efficient design on lid, brewed coffee feed into carafe, and excellent clean pouring. Maker has removable water reservoirs for left or right easy refills. Handle ergonomics even feel exceptional. Excellent flavor on bold setting.

I didn't really have high expectations when I ordered this coffee maker but once I started using it I was impressed. Not only is it easy to use with the removable water reservoir but the coffee tastes amazingly smooth and the coffee is hot just like from a coffee shop. I definitely recommend it.

I’m really loving this coffee maker. Sleek, compact design that takes up less space than my old 12 cup maker. Use it with the permanent filter, or remove it to put a paper one in the basket. Simple set up, fast brew time, delicious hot coffee. You can push the warm button again for the hot plate if it shuts off. I love that you can take it all apart for easy cleaning. This thing is pretty perfect so far. It’s on sale now, just buy it.

I have never been a cover lover. But this machine turne dme into one. I think this shower head atyle brewer really makes the difference. I have nwver tasted coffee with so much flovor or smootheness before. This machine has me loving morning coffee. I cannot tell you how good this machine is.

Makes good coffee , very compact on the counter- keeps the pt warm and shuts off automatically-- so far so good.
