Love it. So nice to pre-set my brew time and style. Really enjoying the coffee maker and it looks so clean and streamlined, less cluttered looking.

It’s definitely a high quality coffee maker. This thing is no-joke. All components were thought out for ease of use and longevity. And it has 14 cup capacity if you so desire. Can’t find anything to complain about.

Very good coffee maker, I especially like the detachable water reservoir it's easier to fill and replace instead of filling the pot and pouring it in the coffee maker.

I love the separate water holder. My previous coffee maker did not have one. This is easy to clean. And the carafe is also well designed. I use the timer to make coffee at the same time everyday.

can control temperature, makes coffee fast, like the disposable filter better or small amount of grounds in coffee, ability to keep coffee hot for 4 hours is a plus

I love it makes coffee fast and easy to clean. If you dont want to use the filter, you can buy a cone filter at any store.

Easy to load with coffee. Provided 2 cup coffee measure is just right. Easy to measure water with cup marks on two sides of the removable water tank. Makes great coffee fast.

I like the fact it has a reservoir that you fill instead of using the pot. Takes 15 min to brew a pot. I really would like for the coffee to be hotter.

It makes a good cup of coffee, good for kitchen island not on the counter under the cabinets. Overall the coffee taste better now with the new machine.

Loved the reservoir. I still use a paper cone filter. It's never overflowed.
