We are true coffee drinkers and we use it every day. I love the 14 cup carafe and the perminant filter. The coffee always tastes delicious and stays fresh for a long time. I also really appreciate the freshness timer, no guessing hiw long the coffee has been sitting.

The coffee is excellent but you really need to use paper cone filters. The screen one let too much fine grounds through. Delay and other options are easy and reliable. Hope it will provide long term service.
