Nice coffee machine. Makes coffee lighter or darker. Great quality and easy to use.

Slow brewing, water reservoir is an aquard shape hard to hold to fill.

Good coffee maker if you still make your own coffee. Only thing I don’t like is the wire cone filter that comes with it, went into the trash.

So far so good. Been in use for about 30 days (daily) with no issues. Removable water tank a plus. Longevity will be the key.

I want to like this coffee maker. But everytime you pour the coffee out it spills a little. It isnt just me, my wife also has the same problem. Something wrong with the way the spout is made on the pot. Now I need to try to find the box so I can return this thing. Cant deal with a lifetime of picking up spilled coffee off the counter.

My old one crapped out and I needed the larger size. This thing is great, I use less coffee and has a bold flavor

This works okay, but why in the WORLD is the pour spout so poorly designed? It's super wide, and you have to pour at exactly the right angle to ensure you don't get drips off the bottom of the carafe. Want to have to pour coffee into a cup over a sink or a paper towel every morning? This is your machine.

really good overall. but for some reason when you try to turn on just the hot plate, it wants to make more coffee rather than heat the coffee alreay in the pot.

Not a bad choice for the price. Not as good as a nespresso but not the same price, you get what you pay for and that's a good product.

Easy to use plenty, of options and that extra large pot for those days when family is over or you just need that extra pick me up.

I use it every day. Love it.it keeps warm for 2 hrs, and then I can hit the warm button to keep it warm longer.
