Didn't like . We liked the older model better. Liked that this was more compact. But features & water tank was different

Easy to set up and keeps coffee hot. Clear water reservoir very useful to guide in set up. Takes mystery out of making great coffee.

The coffee system is fine. No major issues there. Love the detachable water tank. However the carafe is absolute garbage. The lip of the carafe is flat so it always spills a little coffee. The lid is raised and coffee can spill out any side easily. Every single day we have to clean the counter because there is at least 4-5 coffee spots from this poorly made carafe

Great coffee machine but the coffee pot I had leaked. Other than that, it was great but had to return due to the coffee pot defect.

I have always been a fan of Ninja products until i purchased this coffee maker. No matter what i try the carafe drips terribly when attempting to pour a cup of coffee.

Makes coffee... I think the best part honestly is the lil scoop that sits in the water lid. Dont know if theres a difference between the "rich" brew or normal.

Great little machine for the value. the reusable filter is a big plus along with the ease of use.

I like the coffee maker Brews a good cup of coffee but the water container that detaches on the back is broken at the top can only make 10 cups of coffee because of the crack top it is a 12 cup coffee maker other than that the coffee makers great there was no more coffee makers at our Best Buy location

It was a gift and my mom loves it. Will be purchasing another one soon.

Very disappointed. The coffee maker stopped working 1 day past the 15 day deadline to return it to Best Buy. Best Buy would not budge on this and refused to let me return it. Now I have to deal with the manufacturer and it is a pain. I had to buy another coffee maker as I can't go without coffee while this gets resolved. Basically, I made about a dozen pots of coffee and then it quit working..POOR QUALITY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS PRODUCT!!

Button labels are hard to read. The compact size is great so it doesn't take up too much counter space

My only complaint is that the design of the coffee pot makes it so that it will pour water out the sides of the pot when you tilt it

Originally bought this project because it was onsale and just lloking for a basic coffee maker that had a great capacity. I didn't like the back water reservoir. Side one is the easiest. Cheap quality and the carafe was horrible to pour. Unless you had it on prefectly, it would leak all over the place.
