So, after trying two different pod-based coffee systems and found the perk and flavor to be lacking, I longed to return to a simple coffee maker where I can control the level of grounds and water used. I can say this maker is up to the task. It can make as low as two full cups or a full carafe. I truly feel this design is the best of both worlds. The separable, detachable water reservoir makes clean up much easier and clear fill lines give me just the exact amount of beverage I want every time. While it's a few more steps than pod system I hardly lament the few extra steps or time taken to truly get a richer tasting cup of coffee. It's a quick three step process. Simply fill with desired amount of water, likewise with the grounds, and push the brew button and you're set. If you haven't the time for even that small amount of time the delay timer is easy to set. I love that I can turn on and off the heating base. The lid slides to lock firmly in place, preventing any spills or splashes. I struggle to find any downside to this maker. Clean-up is easy, the reusable filter is great, and the measuring scoop is great at getting deep into the bag, scrapping every last bit of grounds. This maker doesn't try and bombard you with lots of options and buttons that you'll probably never use. The options and attachments are great and all you need to get great tasting coffee. This is now my machine when I need rich bold coffee, fully replacing both popular pod systems.

We bought a Cuisinart and it was awful, then we got a Bunn for the 4 minute brew. The thing with Bunn is they fail to tell you, it won’t be hit. You have to pour in the water and let it heat up 15-20 min, which was ridiculous. Super happy with the Ninja! Highly recommend l, it brews at a great temperature and easy to use. I wasn’t sure about the tank, but now that I’m used to it, it’s great and easy to use and see how much water you have. Also happy with the 14 cups for whenncompany is in worn.

Like all the features especially can use permanent or disposable filters. The taste of the coffee is excellent.

Replaced my Cuisinart coffeemaker, am very happy with the taste of the coffee and all it's features.

I had to exchange my older Ninja as it stopped working. That version was no longer available so I ended up with this one. It does have a small footprint, programmable, water temp, and removable reservoir, but the actual pouring of the coffee out of the pot is the clincher for my review. EVERY time the coffee spills out on to the counter. Totally different design for the lid of the pot on this newer one.

Easy to use, descent price , super silent, lots of Options!!

We love the style, capacity, and features of this coffee maker. My only complaints are that the permanent filter lets too many grounds through when you grind your own beans and the spout drips when you remove the carafe. We just use paper filters.

Carafe seems to be rather difficult to clean. With past makers all I had to do was rinse out...it seems that coffee unduly stains the carafe on this brand! Too bad cuz other than that it's fine

Had a ninja before and loved it. Not a fan of this model. Disappointed. The water container although ambidextrous is awkward. The filter goes in 90 degrees compared to other coffee makers. The carafe is not as nice. Finally, I don’t love the 2 serving scoop and still use the on from my old maker. I hope it lasts a while so I can report some positive feedback.

 this was a great coffee maker while it lasted. Unfortunately, my coffee pot broke in the wash and they don’t make a replacement one. You can get a cheap one on Amazon that pretty much falls apart in the first week and it’s not the right height, so coffee sits for an extremely extended amount of time in the filter, leaving you with really bitter, off tasting coffee. The lid on the old pot pushed against the brewing section and that seemed to assist it for the correct time. Over a hundred dollar coffee maker that I’m throwing out in just over a year. I will not buy this brand again.

I love this, it's easy to wash and put together. I drink a lot of coffee throughout the day. It looks nice; brews well and quickly. Highly recommended.

I would have preferred the water reserve to be on the side of the coffee pot. On the side would be mire convenient.

Ya it makes cofee but every time you pour a cup it spills all over the counter
