It is nothing fancy, just a normal coffee maker. The delay start and detachable water canister are a must have for a coffee maker. The delay start works well, and the detachable water canister is easy to fill and clean.

Finally have up on Cuisinart coffee maker after the carafe broke again (lost count). This has to be the best coffee maker. So many different options and great tasting coffee. Love the removable reservoir.

Boy if you like coffee. This makes coffee. It makes coffee like any coffee pot would make coffee just a tad bit better then one that costs way less. It ninjas the coffee so good you dont even see it cöming.

This coffee maker comes with a 14-cup glass carafe, the brewer, reusable coffee filter and user guide. It has a small footprint for an extra large brew coffee maker. This saves a bit of space on my counter compared to the other coffee maker I had, which is a big plus. Ninja is noted for good quality products and this does not disappoint. This is well made and works great. The carafe has a lid that you lock into place and twist off. I like this feature, with other coffee makers I have used, if you touch the corner of the lid it pops open. This one does not do that. The lid has a funnel that goes to near bottom of the carafe. The water container comes off of the back of the machine, making for easy cleaning and filling. Just bring it over to the sink fill it to the desired amount and place it on the back of the machine. This is a programmable coffee maker. You can set the delay for when you want to start your coffee in the morning. I love waking up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee. You have the option of classic or rich brewing. I love a rich cup of coffee, so I automatically make sure that rich button is pressed. If you have a small family with only 1 or 2 coffee drinkers, there is the option of the 1 - 4 cup button. It is IMPORTANT to remember that the coffee maker will use all the water you put in the water reservoir. I just fill my 16 oz mug (or 2 mugs) with the amount of water for the amount of coffee I want and pour it into the water reservoir. I like that this is a 14-cup coffee maker. When I am having my book club over, there is plenty of coffee for everyone and I don’t have to worry about making another pot so soon. Knowing that you need to descale your coffee maker from time to time, Ninja has made this easy with a simple touch of a button. Put your de-scaling solution (I use a mixture of vinegar and water) in the water reservoir and press the clean button. It takes time, but once you are done, simply clean out the water reservoir and put in fresh water and run a 14 cup cycle to flush out the system. I do it twice, just to make sure everything is out of the machine. I found this Ninja 14-cup coffee maker a great addition to my home. It works great, looks good with my chrome and black décor and makes a great cup of coffee. I highly recommend this.

Great product, I already have the capuchino machine..... lol but we don't want to wear it, that's why we bought this one and we don't regret it, great quality and excellent price.

Makes a great full pot of coffee and there will never be a fear of grounds overflowing back into the water reservoir like can happen with other coffee makers. I look forward to keeping this machine for many years! :)

I purchased the ninja coffee pot because my old one gave out after 3 1/2 yrs , can't complain we make 2 to 3 pots a day!!

If I could only use one word to describe this Ninja Coffee Maker PRO it would be - WOW! I am a coffee drinker, and consider myself a expert on coffee (I was a State Trooper for 26 years) and I drank coffee in some of the finest restaurants while on special assignment to Truck Stop coffee. I had an older model Ninja and when I received this, and I was glad I did. Ninja is one of those companies that take the time to package their products w/ the utmost care. This coffee maker was no different. It is VERY well protected and the marketing they use just on the box is amazing. I performed the pre-set up of running water through it several times and washing the carafe and the re-usable filter. I filled it w/ ice cold water, which in my opinion makes the best coffee, I used my favorite local ground coffee, took my mug to our back deck and was in Heaven. This coffee maker doesn’t have all the “bells & whistles” that the other Ninja coffee makers have, and to be honest, that is fine by me. It states that it is XL and makes 14 cups, and I agree w/ that assessment, it makes the smoothest, best tasting coffee. I love the re-usable filter and the simplistic control panel which allows you to set the time, choose if you only want 1 to 4 cups, and one of two brew styles, Classic or Rich (my favorite - and trust me, there is a difference between the two). The reservoir is removable and holds right at 70 oz of water. It makes it so much easier to replenish and not make a mess. The warm feature does just that, it keeps the remaining coffee very warm and is a great feature that Ninja uses on all of its coffee makers. It is very slim and tall which means it takes up less counter top space in our kitchen and its silver and black design is very pleasing to the eye. We just love it. If you are in the market for a simple, great coffee maker, then just buy a Ninja, in my opinion they make the best products and are very dependable. I would HIGHLY recommend this product

Best coffee machine I've had. The only mistake they made on design is that the coffee scooper is hard to get out of it's holder but not a big deal.

Wasn't sure whether I needed a new coffee maker until after using this Ninja. I love all the features and the two different brew options. Makes a great cup of coffee.

So far the best coffee maker i have owned. As far as just a coffee pot. Timer works wells the rich brew produces the perfect pot of coffee. And it brews very quick. Would highly recommend this.

I really love this coffee maker. It has a great price point and it's not a bad looker. It is a bit tall but that's their philosophy when steeping the grounds. I don't really have any complaints.

Love this coffee pot. I only make 2 cups for me and it’s perfect. Love the no paper filter and the ease of using the filter.

Made great coffee, but it was otherwise a terrible machine. The carafe constantly leaked when pouring coffee, and not a little bit but like a mini-flood every time you poured a cup. We eventually figure it out it was because the heat of the unit was warping the plastic used in the lid. The heat from the unit also increasingly warped the outer aluminum shell around the upper part of the unit, which kept peeling back away from the control panel. After four months, we threw it out and got a Zojirushi dome brew.

This XL size coffee maker is perfect. Nothing fancy, just brews a lot of delicious coffee.

Although I previously owned a larger coffee maker I am very satisfied with this smaller version. I would recommend this brand and model.

Makes brilliant coffee, really like the “rich”feature that initially steeps the grounds prior to brewing for a deeper flavor experience.
