Great coffee maker

Do you like cleaning up coffee?

Love the detachable water tank. However the carafe is absolute garbage. The lip of the carafe is flat so it always spills a little coffee. The lid is raised and coffee can spill out any side easily. Every single day we have to clean the counter because there is at least 4-5 coffee spots from this poorly made carafe

Carafe drips terribly when pouring

Basic coffee, a bit stylish?

Broken water container dispenser

POOR QUALITY

The coffee maker stopped working 1 day past the 15 day deadline to return it to Best Buy. Best Buy would not budge on this and refused to let me return it. Now I have to deal with the manufacturer and it is a pain. I had to buy another coffee maker as I can't go without coffee while this gets resolved. Basically, I made about a dozen pots of coffee and then it quit working..POOR QUALITY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS PRODUCT!!

I didn't like the back water reservoir. Side one is the easiest. Cheap quality and the carafe was horrible to pour. Unless you had it on prefectly, it would leak all over the place.
