Bad coffee maker

Every morning it faithfully kicks on and has a hot delicious cup waiting for me. Blessed machine! The 14 cups is great for company or a few larger cups while leaving some for others to enjoy.

After less than a month, it malfunctioned with an error 11 code. I contacted the manufacturer and will receive a replacement under the 1-year warranty. However, I am concerned that the replacement unit may also malfunction. I would not recommend this product.

Not quality expected from Ninja. Carafe leaks

I wish I had read and found other reviews prior to buying. Ninja is usually great. This was to replace 12 cup. Is keep looking.

We didn’t get to celebrate Christmas until January 28 due to illness. I did not realize the recipient already had this coffee pot. Best Buy would not return the gift because the cut off for “extended” holiday returns was Jan 17, 2023. Come on Best Buy. Amazon is putting you out of business for this reason. You gotta do better. Would not even let me get a store credit.

We’ve been buying coffee makers for 35 years and I’ve never experienced having to scrub and soak the carafe to remove coffee stains.

Very Well Constructed and Great Tasting Coffee

We drink a lot of coffee in my family so 14 cups is a really good amount for when you have people over, want to power through a tough morning of work or school or just lounge around the house on the weekend. The machine itself feels very durable and well made. Even the glass carafe feels a bit thicker than many I have used in the past. It has a removable water container on the back which makes it easy to fill. On top of that is the cover of course but, also a coffee scoop to help you measure out for how much you are making. There is what they call a "brew basket" that the included gold mesh filter sits in. This makes everything very easy to clean and for me is a huge plus. If you prefer paper filters, you can use them instead. The coffee maker itself is easy to setup. Once unboxed, I cleaned all of the parts with mild soap and water and brewed my first pot. The clock, delayed start along with the amount that you want it to brew are all very self explanatory. You can go for as little as two cups up to the full 14 and the owners guide helps you along with that part. One of the items I like and I think helps with the taste of the coffee is the lid that has a spout that goes to the bottom of the carafe similar to how older style percolators are made. In my opinion, the opens the flavor of the coffee more. Speaking of flavor, there are multiple settings for your preferred taste, classic or rich. I have made a couple pots in both and prefer the rich setting but that is something you will decide on your own based on your taste buds. This coffee maker is certainly worth giving a try.

Great Coffee, a little messy

WAY better coffee than the cheap coffee makers. I would for sure buy again. I didn't give 5 stars because after owning for nearly 2 years the warming plate stopped working. HOWEVER, customer support was awesome and sending me a new one. Bummer though, they made me cut the cord before sending the replacement. I need to come up with a solution for 7-10 days until the new unit arrives. Also, pouring can be a mess. I have learned to pour over the sink. I have yet to put a pattern in place. Sometimes a few drips, sometimes a stream, usually nothing.
