The thing with Bunn is they fail to tell you, it won’t be hit. You have to pour in the water and let it heat up 15-20 min, which was ridiculous. Super happy with the Ninja! Highly recommend l, it brews at a great temperature and easy to use. I wasn’t sure about the tank, but now that I’m used to it, it’s great and easy to use and see how much water you have. Also happy with the 14 cups for whenncompany is in worn.

Disappointing

That version was no longer available so I ended up with this one. It does have a small footprint, programmable, water temp, and removable reservoir, but the actual pouring of the coffee out of the pot is the clincher for my review. EVERY time the coffee spills out on to the counter. Totally different design for the lid of the pot on this newer one.

My only complaints are that the permanent filter lets too many grounds through when you grind your own beans and the spout drips when you remove the carafe. We just use paper filters.

Just ok. My last ninja was better

The water container although ambidextrous is awkward. The filter goes in 90 degrees compared to other coffee makers. The carafe is not as nice. Finally, I don’t love the 2 serving scoop and still use the on from my old maker. I hope it lasts a while so I can report some positive feedback.

Don’t bother with this one

Unfortunately, my coffee pot broke in the wash and they don’t make a replacement one. You can get a cheap one on Amazon that pretty much falls apart in the first week and it’s not the right height, so coffee sits for an extremely extended amount of time in the filter, leaving you with really bitter, off tasting coffee. The lid on the old pot pushed against the brewing section and that seemed to assist it for the correct time. Over a hundred dollar coffee maker that I’m throwing out in just over a year. I will not buy this brand again.

Water reserve in wrong place

Broken right out of the box!!
