Old coffe maker bit the dust, opted for this one. Its phenomenal! I like the funnel design for drip coffee. Provides a much better taste and stronger coffee.

Well built machine we first saw at our daughters and had to have. Programmable feature comes in handy and the reusable filter helps save time.

Was looking to replace these BUNN coffee maker I have but y'all don't sell them. Good second choice but my wife says it's noisy. I like that I can set it to brew at the time I want and have coffee ready when I wake.

My Ninja Programmable XL coffee maker is really great, this was a great choice. Coffee timer is easy to set up.

Nice coffee maker - delay brewing is what I wanted and got here - the detachable reservoir is fantastic - the built in scoop is nice but I just pour what I think I need for the number of cups and im usually right - lots of experience - the burner timer is nice too - doesn't overheat with programmable heat and stays on as long as you want up to 4 hours which is nice - then just press the delay button and brew and its ready to heat up for the next day - at least thats what I do - your milage may vary but it works great for me!

So far, so good. Everything is functioning as it should one month into ownership of the coffee maker. I like the fact that I can turn on the warmer again to keep the pot hot. I also like the automatic shut off after 4 hrs. I love the 14 cup capacity and the delay feature. Overall super convenient. I don’t feel I have had enough time to fully experience this coffee maker and I feel like it was pricey. My previous mr coffere cheapie got the Job done for 15 years… and is still functional…. It is hard for me to give 5 stars since it hasn’t been long since I have been using this coffee maker and it is the most expensive coffee maker I have ever purchased…. My expectations are high for this coffee maker.

We love it, best coffee maker we’ve ever had. 14 cup makes a big difference. As always, very happy with Ninja products, and very happy for Best Buy prices!

My old ninja coffee maker lasted 10 years and the only reason I replaced it was I wanted a smaller footprint so this was the next obvious choice.
