This grill is amazing. Really love how well it cooks. Heats fast, not as fast as my older ninja grill but well worth every penny. The extra space cuts down cooking time by being able to utilizes all that extra surface. So easy to clean and use. The cord has a decent length but i wished it was a little longer. This is definitely one of my favorites for the kitchen

The Ninja - Sizzle Pro XL 20-Inch Indoor Griddle & Grill with ProTemp IQ - Silver, is an awesome medium sized griddle that just plain works great and is super easy to clean. I have spent about a week with it and have cooked on it every opportunity I could find. Breakfast lunch or dinner the Ninja Sizzle Pro XL provided plenty of room for cooking on, and I never experienced any sticking food or uneven temperatures. I found that I like to use the griddle on either Medium or Low, because otherwise it cooks so quickly that I find I can't keep up with it. I used a professional infrared thermometer to check and verify the temperature, and found it was within 15 degrees of the set point, and the grill surface heat was spread evenly with no hot or cold spots. There is a small channel on the front of the grill surface to channel excess grease from the cooking surface into an opening that drains into a removable tray for cleaning. I do like that the grill comes with two different grill surfaces rather than the cheaper grills that flip over from smooth to grill grates. I also think the magnetic hold down is really good for making sure the grill surface is held in place where it is designed to be, for efficient heat transfer etc. All the food I cooked on this grill came out great! I almost feel like a professional line cook using this! easily 5 stars, I can't find anything negative to say about this at all. Highly recommended!

This thing is revolutionary! The build quality is excellent. It’s easy to clean and heats evenly all the way across the unit so everything is done at the same time. I have lots of new items I can make now with confidence. It’s pricey compared to an average griddle but is well worth it! If you’re the home cook you need this one!

I purchased this for my husband for Christmas and this is the BEST indoor grill we’ve ever had. Had a DeLonghi for years and it was good but this one beats it in every capacity! It is so easy to clean that I never mind it being used. The interchangeable plates can be completely immersed in water with no heating element to worry about. It gets extremely hot so cooking steaks or chicken filets cook evenly and fast. I HIGHLY recommend this grill especially in winter since you can get outdoor grill results, inside. And breakfast has never been easier! You will NOT be disappointed!

The Ninja sizzle Pro XL is a game changer for home cooking. It heats up fast, cooks evenly, and the large surface makes it perfect for family meals or entertaining. Cleanup is quick thanks to its nonstick plate and removable drip tray. I will never buy another griddle other than this one!

I bought this because the exhaust vents in my kitchen are basically useless and the windows downstairs are a solid pane of glass, so I cant open them. Cook on the stovetop with pans and traditional griddles just wasnt feasible. Smoke everywhere. The Sizzle Pro XL has completely foxed that. Lets hardly any smoke out, heats up quickly and seems to cook very evenly. I’ve only ised it for bacon burgers so far but it did a fantastic job with both the paddies and bacon. Unless I’m flipping the meat, I leave the lid closed and splatter is minimum. Also, very easy to clean. The drip pan works perfectly and using just dish soap I can get the cooking pan thats removable cleaned up in a few seconds. Highly recommend!

I love the grill. Getting use to making temp adjustments to avoid splatters. Love easy touch button and knob to control temp. Easy to cut up and love greasy drip catcher. Hibachi meals, fried rice and grilling fresh veggies are my favorites now because the grill size make it easy to cook. V

I love it! I can cook my hamburgers and buns beautifully. It’s easy to use. I can steaks too. You can make grilled cheese sandwiches too.

Love the size and versatility of it. Cleaning it is a breeze

All and all a very good grill/griddle. Controls are a little difficult to decipher and it is quite heavy. The grill size is good enough for a family of four for breakfast in one seating. Turns off after the set time and then has to reset and reheat. Beware if you want to cook a second round of pancakes or french toast.

I very rarely use our stove anymore. It has totally even heat for perfect cooking. Simple quick cleaning. Love it. Would recommend!

Love it, I did a ribeye for first time on it and it blew my mind how even cooked it was. It was fantastic. Best indoor grill ever. Cannot wait to use the griddle.

This is amazing!! This was exactly what I was looking for to use indoors during the winter months. Ninja is top notch with the products they offer, I highly suggest you purchase this one! Makes great pancakes, burgers, fried rice, and crunch wraps! I have used other appliances from Ninja and they are my daily go-to to bring my family to the table to enjoy home cooked meals every day! You will be glad you bought it!

The grill is easy to use and food taste like you would expect on a gas grill. Only negative is the cleaning because it isn't dishwasher safe.

I been using this almost every day since I got it !! Easy to clean and cooked everything in 15 minutes!! Foods so much better and it really brings out the flavors ! And easy to story away

I have cooked pancakes, burgers and eggs on this so far and all have come out amazing. This griddle rocks. Definitely worth the price.

Griddle works great! It is large, but works better than the cheap ones we used to buy and only lasted a few years.

Good size, convenient and cleans up easily. Nice that it comes with 2 different grilling surfaces.
