I love this machine!! It works like a champ and is so easy to clean!!

Currently have 2 machines, and overall, i think it works well. The booklet they provide covers instructions properly to get you up and running and also provides a decent amount of starter reciepes so that you can get a feel of whether you would want to keep it. So about the one thing...well, it's the design of the plastic craft that the drink is mixing in. The way its design leaves a corner edge that allows drink mix to get in between. Unless you a waterpik, it's often difficult to clean, and if you're not careful, you will begin to see mold develop. Also, the plastic craft when using certain juices such as mango nector will stain the plastic, leaving behind a yellowish tint that you can't get out. The machine gets high praise from me otherwise, but due to the design flaw that affects the cleaning, i did have to lower it down by 2 stars on quality and lower it by 1 star overall.

My research led me to believe this machine was fire and so I bought it. It was so easy to use and clean. My fam loves it. Get one!

I bought the Ninja SLUSHi 5-in-1 Professional Frozen Drink Maker as a gift for my husband, and it has been a fantastic addition to our bar! We've tried a few different recipes so far, and it’s been a lot of fun experimenting. On Christmas night, we made eggnog shakes for the first time, and they were a huge hit with everyone. The machine is easy to use, works great, and really brings something special to our gatherings. I would definitely buy it again and highly recommend it!
