Love it freezes fast and comes apart for easy cleanup.

This is awesome. My family uses this at least once if not twice a week.

When using this machine, you’re able to create different drinks and different flavors and try new things that you never could before, the function Bility is very easy to use. The only downfall is buying your own ingredients! But other than that is great to use for parties and events save you time and money !!!

So, you may see that I gave this product a 3 star ⭐ rating. It's because the product works with alcoholic drinks without issue, but when doing kid or child friendly drinks, my family couldn't find a way to easily prepare frozen drinks without the machine stalling or stopping because of the liquid freezing too early. For this to make drinks without that issue, Ninja will have to replace the plastic churner with a metal churner, which may also mean the motor will have to be more powerful to churn through drinks that freeze early since they don't have alcohol. But, personally I love Ninja products they work really well. I will be returning this and getting the Ninja Creamy

My wife bought this for me for my birthday. I do believe I’ve used it every day that I’ve been home. Between the slushy’s and the frappe‘s, I need to walk an additional 10,000 steps a day would be great for kids and adults. Someone in my family will probably get one of these as a gift this year.

Works a treat and does as it says. Is rather large but if you have say a bigger counter or a bar would be a good a addition.

Currently have 2 machines, and overall, i think it works well. The booklet they provide covers instructions properly to get you up and running and also provides a decent amount of starter reciepes so that you can get a feel of whether you would want to keep it. So about the one thing...well, it's the design of the plastic craft that the drink is mixing in. The way its design leaves a corner edge that allows drink mix to get in between. Unless you a waterpik, it's often difficult to clean, and if you're not careful, you will begin to see mold develop. Also, the plastic craft when using certain juices such as mango nector will stain the plastic, leaving behind a yellowish tint that you can't get out. The machine gets high praise from me otherwise, but due to the design flaw that affects the cleaning, i did have to lower it down by 2 stars on quality and lower it by 1 star overall.

We are a big fan of Ninja appliances, and this one does not disappoint. It'll take some trial and error to make your drink the way you want it, but the quick start guide is great place to begin with ideas and recipes.
